Article 909 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

For the application of article 236, the President of the High Court of Appeal shall, if necessary, convene the Criminal Court by order made after consulting the Public Prosecutor.

Pour l’application de l’article 236, le président du tribunal supérieur d’appel convoque, en cas de besoin, le tribunal criminel par ordonnance prise après avis du procureur de la République.
