Article 919-106 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

Applicants must submit the application form drawn up by the Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée electronically by 15 November 2021 at the latest.
This form must be accompanied by all documents required to prove that the activity has been particularly affected, in particular a cash flow statement, a provisional profit and loss account, a quantified statement of receivables and debts, the final balance sheet for the last financial year for which the accounts have been closed, a statement of the aid from which the person has benefited as part of the support put in place by the State, as well as all documents required to establish that action has been taken or is planned as part of the continuation of this activity.

Pour l’attribution de l’aide, les demandeurs transmettent par voie électronique, au plus tard le 15 novembre 2021, le formulaire de demande établi par le Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée.
Ce formulaire est accompagné de tous documents de nature à justifier que l’activité a été particulièrement affectée, notamment une situation de trésorerie, un compte de résultat prévisionnel, un état chiffré des créances et des dettes, le bilan comptable définitif du dernier exercice clos, un état des aides dont la personne a bénéficié dans le cadre des soutiens mis en place par l’Etat, ainsi que de tous documents de nature à établir que des actions sont entreprises ou envisagées dans le cadre de la poursuite de cette activité.
