The period for calculating the sums entered in the automatic account provided for in the second paragraph of article 211-25 is extended by one year for cinematographic works for which this period has expired in 2021 and which have been shown in cinemas after this expiry during the same year.

La durée de calcul des sommes inscrites sur le compte automatique prévue au deuxième alinéa de l’article 211-25 est prolongée d’un an en ce qui concerne les œuvres cinématographiques pour lesquelles cette durée a expiré en 2021 et qui ont fait l’objet, au cours de cette même année, après cette expiration, d’une exploitation en salles de spectacles cinématographiques.
