Article 919-42 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

By way of derogation from article 223-11, for the selective aid for the distribution of repertory works provided for in article 223-9 awarded under an annual distribution programme during the years 2022 and 2023, the distribution company must :
1° Have distributed at least six cinematographic works over the three years preceding the year of the application;
2° Have submitted an application for aid for a given work for at least six cinematographic works over the three years preceding the year of the application and have received aid for at least half of these works over the three years preceding the year of the application.

Par dérogation à l’article 223-11, pour les aides sélectives à la distribution d’œuvres de répertoire prévues à l’article 223-9 attribuées au titre d’un programme annuel de distribution au cours des années 2022 et 2023, l’entreprise de distribution doit :
1° Avoir distribué au moins six œuvres cinématographiques au cours des trois années précédant l’année de la demande ;
2° Avoir présenté une demande d’aide au titre d’une œuvre déterminée pour au moins six œuvres cinématographiques au cours des trois années précédant l’année de la demande et avoir bénéficié de l’aide pour au moins la moitié de ces œuvres au cours des trois années précédant l’année de la demande.
