Exceptional aid is granted in the form of direct allocations to distribution companies in order to compensate for part of the loss of revenue suffered as a result of the impact on attendance at cinemas of the introduction of the health pass, as provided for by decree no. 2021-699 of 1 June 2021 prescribing the general measures required to manage the end of the health crisis.

Des aides exceptionnelles sont attribuées sous forme d’allocations directes aux entreprises de distribution afin de compenser une partie de la perte de recettes subie à raison des conséquences sur la fréquentation des établissements de spectacles cinématographiques de la mise en place du dispositif de passe sanitaire, prévu par le décret n° 2021-699 du 1er juin 2021 prescrivant les mesures générales nécessaires à la gestion de la sortie de crise sanitaire.
