Distribution companies shall take all necessary steps to ensure that the sum corresponding to the total amount of aid they have received under this sub-section is treated in accordance with the same contractual terms as those laid down for cinema box office receipts.

Les entreprises de distribution prennent toute disposition à l’égard des ayants droit afin que la somme correspondant au montant total de l’aide qu’elles ont reçue au titre de la présente sous-section soit traitée selon les mêmes modalités contractuelles que celles prévues pour les recettes d’exploitation en salles de spectacles cinématographiques.
