Article 926 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

For the application of the first paragraph of Article 399, the President of the High Court of Appeal, after consulting the President of the Court of First Instance and the Public Prosecutor, sets the number of correctional hearings for the following judicial year by order during the first fortnight of December.

Pour l’application du premier alinéa de l’article 399, le président du tribunal supérieur d’appel, après avis du président du tribunal de première instance et du procureur de la République, fixe par ordonnance, pendant la première quinzaine du mois de décembre, le nombre des audiences correctionnelles pour l’année judiciaire suivante.
