The Registrar shall immediately notify the lawyers whose constitution is known to him or her of the registration number in the general register, the day and time set by the First President for the appeal of the case and the chamber to which the case is distributed.
This notice shall be given to lawyers whose constitution is not yet known, as soon as the deed of constitution is delivered to the registry.
Le greffier avise immédiatement les avocats dont la constitution lui est connue du numéro d’inscription au répertoire général, des jour et heure fixés par le premier président pour l’appel de l’affaire et de la chambre à laquelle celle-ci est distribuée.
Cet avis est donné aux avocats dont la constitution n’est pas encore connue, dès la remise au greffe de l’acte de constitution.
