Article A212-1-1 of the French Sports Code

For each of the options, specialities or terms of each diploma, professional qualification and certificate of qualification listed in Annex II-1 to this code, in the table attached to the order of 22 January 2016 fixing the list of diplomas acquired up to 31 December 2015 and in the table attached to the order of 9 March 2020 fixing the list of qualifications previously listed inAnnex II-1 to Article A. 212-1 of the Sports Code allowing the supervision of physical or sporting activities in return for remuneration, the conditions of practice of their holders are mentioned. The latter benefit from these conditions of practice within the limits of the specific regulations that may apply to the activity in question.

Pour chacune des options, spécialités ou mentions de chaque diplôme, titre à finalité professionnelle et certificat de qualification inscrit à l’annexe II-1 du présent code , au tableau annexé à l’arrêté du 22 janvier 2016 fixant la liste des diplômes acquis jusqu’au 31 décembre 2015 et au tableau annexé à l’arrêté du 9 mars 2020 fixant la liste des certifications antérieurement inscrites à l’annexe II-1 de l’article A. 212-1 du code du sport permettant l’encadrement des activités physiques ou sportives contre rémunération, sont mentionnées les conditions d’exercice de leurs titulaires. Ceux-ci bénéficient de ces conditions d’exercice dans la limite des réglementations particulières susceptibles de s’appliquer à l’activité considérée.
