Article A212-1 of the French Sports Code

The diplomas, professional qualifications and qualification certificates entitling the holder to teach, lead or supervise a given physical or sporting activity or a group of similar activities for a specific public, or to train its participants for remuneration, in accordance with article L. 212-1, are listed in the table presented in annex II-1, in the table annexed to the order of 22 January 2016 setting the list of qualifications acquired up to 31 December 2015 and in the table annexed to the order of 9 March 2020 setting the list of qualifications previously included in annex II-1 of article A. 212-1 of the French Sports Code allowing the supervision of physical or sporting activities for remuneration.

Article A212-1

Les diplômes, titres à finalité professionnelle et certificats de qualification ouvrant droit à l’enseignement, à l’animation ou à l’encadrement d’une activité physique ou sportive considérée ou dans un ensemble d’activités de même nature relatives à un public spécifique, ou à l’entraînement de ses pratiquants contre rémunération, conformément à l’article L. 212-1, figurent au tableau présenté en annexe II-1, au tableau annexé à l’arrêté du 22 janvier 2016 fixant la liste des diplômes acquis jusqu’au 31 décembre 2015 et au tableau annexé à l’arrêté du 9 mars 2020 fixant la liste des certifications antérieurement inscrites à l’annexe II-1 de l’article A. 212-1 du code du sport permettant l’encadrement des activités physiques ou sportives contre rémunération.
