Article A212-152 of the French Sports Code

A special test designed to assess the candidate’s knowledge is organised during a forty-hour orientation and selection course. This course should enable the team of trainers to assess the trainee’s technical level and motivation, to take stock of his or her knowledge before starting training and to draw up an individualised training plan.
Candidates who pass the special test receive a training booklet issued by the regional director of youth, sport and community life of the public educational establishment providing the training.

Article A212-152
