Article A212-54 of the French Sports Code

A “sports performance” speciality of the Higher State Diploma in Youth, Popular Education and Sport is hereby created, which confers on its holder the following skills as attested by the certification reference framework:

-Building the strategy of an organisation in the sector;

-Manage the human and financial resources of an organisation in the sector;

managing the human and financial resources of an organisation in the sector; – managing a training system in a discipline;

-supervise the sporting discipline defined in the specialism in a safe manner;

-organise training for trainers as part of the organisation’s professional networks.

The professional reference framework and the certification reference framework mentioned in articles D. 212-53 and D. 212-54 appear in annexes II-3-1 and II-4-1 respectively.

When the training is followed as part of initial training, it lasts a minimum of 1,200 hours, including 700 hours in a training centre.

Il est créé une spécialité ” performance sportive ” du diplôme d’Etat supérieur de la jeunesse, de l’éducation populaire et du sport qui confère à son titulaire les compétences suivantes attestées par le référentiel de certification :

-construire la stratégie d’une organisation du secteur ;

-gérer les ressources humaines et financières d’une organisation du secteur ;

-diriger un système d’entraînement dans une discipline ;

-encadrer la discipline sportive définie dans la mention en sécurité ;

-organiser des actions de formation de formateurs dans le cadre des réseaux professionnels de l’organisation.

Le référentiel professionnel et le référentiel de certification mentionnés aux articles D. 212-53 et D. 212-54 figurent respectivement aux annexes II-3-1 et II-4-1.

Lorsque la formation est suivie dans le cadre de la formation initiale, sa durée minimale est de 1 200 heures dont 700 heures en centre de formation.
