Article A321-11 of the French Commercial code

Applications shall be sent to the Conseil des Maisons de Vente by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt or by any other equivalent means, no later than one month before the date of the first test of the session.

The application file shall include, with, if applicable, their translation into French, the following documents:

1° A request from the interested party drawn up on the model shown in the annexe 3-3-1 au présent livre, mentioning, if applicable, for the optional test, the modern foreign language chosen by the candidate, from the list appearing in the Annex 3-4 to this book;

2° Any official documents proving the candidate’s identity and nationality;

3° A copy of the diplomas provided for in 3° of Article R. 321-18 or proof of their exemption;

4° Where applicable, proof of exemption from the entrance examination to the traineeship.

Les candidatures sont adressées au conseil des maisons de vente par lettre recommandée avec demande d’avis de réception ou par tout autre moyen équivalent, au plus tard un mois avant la date de la première épreuve de la session.

Le dossier de candidature comprend, avec, s’il y a lieu, leur traduction en français, les pièces suivantes :

1° Une requête de l’intéressé établie sur le modèle figurant à l’annexe 3-3-1 au présent livre, mentionnant, éventuellement, pour l’épreuve facultative, la langue vivante étrangère choisie par le candidat, sur la liste figurant à l’annexe 3-4 au présent livre ;

2° Tous documents officiels justificatifs de l’identité et de la nationalité du candidat ;

3° Une copie des diplômes prévus au 3° de l’article R. 321-18 ou la justification de leur dispense ;

4° Le cas échéant, la justification de la dispense des épreuves de l’examen d’accès au stage.
