Article A321-3 of the French Commercial code

The following are admitted in dispensation from a national law degree diploma required to manage voluntary sales of furniture by public auction:

1° Any national diploma attesting to a level of training corresponding to at least three years of study after the baccalauréat in legal, economic, commercial or management disciplines;

2° Any diploma conferring the grade of licence or the grade of master, attesting to studies in legal, economic, commercial or management disciplines;

3° Any diploma approved by the minister responsible for higher education, attesting to a level of training corresponding to at least three years of study after the baccalauréat, in legal, economic, commercial or management disciplines;

4° Any diploma attesting to a level of training corresponding to at least three years of study after the baccalauréat in legal, economic, commercial or management disciplines awarded by the free autonomous and co-managed faculty of economics and law of Paris up to and including 2018.

Article A321-3

Sont admis en dispense d’un diplôme national de licence en droit requis pour diriger des ventes volontaires de meubles aux enchères publiques :

1° Tout diplôme national sanctionnant un niveau de formation correspondant au moins à trois années d’études après le baccalauréat dans les disciplines juridiques, économiques, commerciales ou de gestion ;

2° Tout diplôme conférant le grade de licence ou le grade de master, sanctionnant des études dans les disciplines juridiques, économiques, commerciales ou de gestion ;

3° Tout diplôme visé par le ministre chargé de l’enseignement supérieur, sanctionnant un niveau de formation correspondant au moins à trois années d’études après le baccalauréat, dans les disciplines juridiques, économiques, commerciales ou de gestion ;

4° Tout diplôme sanctionnant un niveau de formation correspondant au moins à trois années d’études après le baccalauréat dans les disciplines juridiques, économiques, commerciales ou de gestion délivrés par la faculté libre autonome et cogérée d’économie et de droit de Paris jusqu’en 2018 inclus.
