When the standard counterfoil receipt provided for in Article A. 37-27-1 is issued by an automated system involving the printing of sheets to be given to the offender or the perpetrator of the offence, it mentions a unique identifier allocated by the computerised system as the bundle number and its issue must be accompanied by the recording and storage in the computerised system of the information it mentions.
In this case, the information that must appear pursuant to Articles A. 37-22 and A. 37-27-3, in the book of counterfoil receipts for collection and the various sheets of the book’s bundles, may be stored on a dematerialised medium, guaranteeing their security and reliability, using a secure device, which may be the one provided for in Article A. 37-19. The information inserted on this medium must not be able to be modified after the signature of the officer or the offender.
