Article A37-6 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

As an exception to articles A. 37-2 to A. 37-5, the characteristics of the forms used for offences relating to stopping or parking vehicles which are punishable by articles R. 417-1 to R. 417-6 and R. 417-10 to R. 417-13 of the Highway Code, when they are subject to the fixed fine procedure, are the same as those described in the aforementioned articles subject to the following differences:

-notice of offence: does not include the information provided for by l’article A. 37-4 relating to the exchange of driving licences; there are two places on it to mention, firstly, whether a request for collection has been made and, secondly, whether the offence was committed by a vehicle of more than 20 square metres in a tourist zone;

-procès-verbal de contravention: this flap is green in colour; in addition to the information provided for in article A. 37-5, with the exception of those relating to information for the offender, this section includes on the front, on the left-hand side, the information obtained by duplicating the second section described in the previous paragraph.

Article A37-6

Par dérogation aux articles A. 37-2 à A. 37-5, les caractéristiques des formulaires utilisés pour les contraventions à l’arrêt ou au stationnement des véhicules qui sont réprimées par les articles R. 417-1 à R. 417-6 et R. 417-10 à R. 417-13 du code de la route, lorsqu’elles sont soumises à la procédure de l’amende forfaitaire, sont les mêmes que celles décrites aux articles précités sous réserve des différences suivantes :

-avis de contravention : n’y figurent pas les mentions prévues par l’article A. 37-4 relatives à l’échange du permis de conduire ; y figurent deux emplacements pour mentionner, d’une part, si une demande d’enlèvement a été formulée et, d’autre part, si l’infraction a été commise par un véhicule de plus de 20 mètres carrés dans une zone touristique ;

-procès-verbal de contravention : ce volet est de couleur verte ; outre les mentions prévues à l’article A. 37-5, à l’exception de celles relatives à l’information du contrevenant, ce volet comporte au recto, sur la partie gauche, les informations obtenues par duplication du second volet décrit au paragraphe précédent.
