Article A421-4-8 of the French Insurance Code

The guarantee fund shall adopt a governance framework providing for a division of tasks and responsibilities and the necessary delegations to ensure effective implementation of the investment strategy.

It shall adopt internal control standards in order to verify the compatibility between the investment strategy, its implementation and the rules established by Article R. 421-47 and this paragraph. It shall adopt any rules or procedures necessary to ensure compliance with these rules.

The guarantee fund keeps the Board of Directors informed of the results of the implementation of the investment strategy.

Le fonds de garantie adopte un cadre de gouvernance prévoyant une répartition des tâches et des responsabilités et les délégations nécessaires afin de garantir une mise en œuvre efficace de la stratégie d’investissement.

Il adopte des normes de contrôle interne afin de vérifier la compatibilité entre la stratégie d’investissement, sa mise en œuvre et les règles établies par l’article R. 421-47 et le présent paragraphe. Il adopte toute règle ou procédure nécessaire au respect de ces règles.

Le fonds de garantie tient le conseil d’administration informé des résultats de la mise en œuvre de la stratégie d’investissement.
