Article A444-46 of the French Commercial code

Where the acts, formalities or requests relate to a specific pecuniary obligation, the fixed emoluments indicated in sub-sections 1 to 3 of this section shall be multiplied by the following coefficients:

1° If the amount of the obligation is between 0 and 128 euros: coefficient 0.5;

2° If this amount is greater than 128 euros and less than or equal to 1280 euros: coefficient 1;

3° If it is greater than 1280 euros: coefficient 2.

Lorsque les actes, formalités ou requêtes sont relatifs à une obligation pécuniaire déterminée, les émoluments fixes indiqués aux sous-sections 1 à 3 de la présente section sont multipliés par les coefficients suivants :

1° Si le montant de l’obligation est compris entre 0 et 128 euros : coefficient 0,5 ;

2° Si ce montant est supérieur à 128 euros et inférieur ou égal à 1280 euros : coefficient 1 ;

3° S’il est supérieur à 1 280 euros : coefficient 2.
