Article A444-5 of the French Commercial code

A fee equal to 22.82 € per half-hour, each additional half-hour being due in full, shall be charged for the services listed under the following numbers in the table mentioned in article A. 444-1:

1° Number 2 (purely descriptive inventory);

2° Number 3 (inventory reconciliation);

3° Number 6 (assistance with summary proceedings and registration of the order);

4° Number 7 (assistance with the testing and hallmarking of precious materials).

Article A444-5

Donnent lieu à la perception d’un émolument de vacation égal à 22,82 € par demi-heure, chaque demi-heure supplémentaire étant due en entier les prestations figurant aux numéros suivants du tableau mentionné à l’article A. 444-1 :

1° Numéro 2 (inventaire purement descriptif) ;

2° Numéro 3 (récolement d’inventaire) ;

3° Numéro 6 (assistance aux référés et enregistrement de l’ordonnance) ;

4° Numéro 7 (assistance à l’essai et au poinçonnage des matières précieuses).
