Article A512-6 of the French Insurance Code

The diplomas, degrees or certificates mentioned in article R. 512-9 of this code are :

1° Diplomas and qualifications corresponding to Master’s level training.

2° Diplomas and qualifications corresponding simultaneously to :

-the bachelor’s degree level ;

-training speciality 313 of the nomenclature of training specialities approved by decree no. 94-522 of 21 June 1994.

3° Certificates of professional qualification registered in the national register of professional certifications and corresponding to training speciality 313 of the nomenclature of training specialities approved by decree no. 94-522 of 21 June 1994.

Les diplômes, titres ou certificats mentionnés à l’article R. 512-9 du présent code sont :

1° Les diplômes et les titres correspondant au niveau de formation master.

2° Les diplômes et les titres correspondant simultanément :

-au niveau de formation licence ;

-à la spécialité de formation 313 de la nomenclature des spécialités de formation approuvée par le décret n° 94-522 du 21 juin 1994.

3° Les certificats de qualification professionnelle enregistrés au répertoire national des certifications professionnelles et correspondant à la spécialité de formation 313 de la nomenclature des spécialités de formation approuvée par le décret n° 94-522 du 21 juin 1994.
