Appendix to article R. 321-33 of the French Commercial Code

The sign mentioned in II of article R. 321-33 may not be smaller than A3 format. It includes, in a font size that cannot be smaller than ninety, the following statement: ‘The consumer does not benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for any purchase of second-hand goods made during this sale. “

Annexe à l’article R. 321-33 du code de commerce

Le panneau mentionné au II de l’article R. 321-33 ne peut être inférieur au format A3. Il comporte, dans une taille de caractère qui ne peut être inférieure à celle du corps quatre-vingt-dix, la mention suivante : “ Le consommateur ne bénéficie pas de la garantie légale de conformité pour tout achat de biens d’occasion effectué durant cette vente. ”
