Any registration must mention the day on which it is made and be signed by the court clerk.

The registration is notified to the person who requested it, by the issue of a digital registration certificate if the request was created and transmitted electronically.

Toute inscription doit mentionner le jour où elle est effectuée et être signée par le greffier.

L’inscription est notifiée à celui qui l’a demandée, par la délivrance d’un certificat numérique d’inscription si la requête a été créée et transmise par voie électronique.
