Article D1-12-11 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

The approval granted to an association may be transferred in the following cases:

1° In the event of a merger of one or more associations, at least one of which is approved as a victim support association, whether or not this merger involves the creation of a new association structure;

> In the event of a split into two or more associations.
2° In the event of splitting into two or more associations;

The transfer of approval can only be made to a single recipient association and is only valid for the remaining duration of the approval for which the transfer is requested.
In order to benefit, the association receiving the transfer of approval must meet the conditions for the issue of approval set out in section 2 of this chapter.

L’agrément accordé à une association peut faire l’objet d’un transfert dans les cas suivants :

1° En cas de fusion d’une ou plusieurs associations, dont l’une au moins bénéficie d’un agrément en tant qu’association d’aide aux victimes, que celle-ci s’opère avec ou sans création d’une nouvelle structure associative ;

2° En cas de scission en deux ou plusieurs associations.

Le transfert d’agrément ne peut s’effectuer qu’au profit d’une seule structure associative destinataire et ne vaut que pour la durée restant à courir de l’agrément au titre duquel le transfert est demandé.

Pour en bénéficier, la structure associative bénéficiaire du transfert d’agrément doit remplir les conditions de délivrance de l’agrément prévues à la section 2 du présent chapitre.
