The associations referred to in articles 2-1 to 2-24 of the Code of Criminal Procedure are not eligible for the approval provided for in article D. 1-12-1.

The application for approval is composed as follows: 1° An application for approval signed by the association’s legal representative; 2° The association’s SIRET number, its identifier in the national register of associations (RNA); 3° A copy of the association’s articles of association in force; 4° A copy of any internal regulations adopted ; 5° A list of the persons responsible for the administration of the association from the last resolution…

The application for approval shall be sent, if possible by electronic means, to the department for access to law and justice and victim support of the general secretariat of the Ministry of Justice.
