L’association rend compte de l’activité pour laquelle elle est agréée en transmettant, si possible par voie dématérialisée, au service de l’accès au droit et à la justice et de l’aide aux victimes du secrétariat général du ministère de la justice, au plus tard à la fin du premier semestre de chaque année, un compte-rendu d’activité et un rapport financier pour l’année précédente, approuvés par son assemblée générale.

L’association notifie dans les meilleurs délais toute modification des statuts de l’association ou des conditions d’exercice de l’activité agréée au service de l’accès au droit et à la justice et de l’aide aux victimes du secrétariat général du ministère de la justice.

Le service de l’accès au droit et à la justice et de l’aide aux victimes du secrétariat général du ministère de la Justice peut, à tout moment, demander à une association agréée la communication de tous documents permettant d’apprécier que les conditions de délivrance de son agrément demeurent remplies.
