Article D1142-4 of the French Labour Code

The level of results referred to in article D. 1142-3 and the results obtained for each indicator referred to in articles D. 1142-2 and D. 1142-2-1 are published annually, no later than 1st March of the current year, in respect of the previous year, in a visible and legible manner, on the company’s website where one exists. They may be consulted on the company’s website at least until the publication, the following year, of the level of results and the results obtained for the current year. In the absence of a website, it is brought to the attention of employees by any means.

The publication of the information mentioned in the first paragraph is updated on the website of the Ministry of Labour, each year by 31 December at the latest, by the services of the Ministry of Labour.

Le niveau de résultat mentionné à l’article D. 1142-3 et les résultats obtenus pour chaque indicateur mentionné aux articles D. 1142-2 et D. 1142-2-1 sont publiés annuellement, au plus tard le 1er mars de l’année en cours, au titre de l’année précédente, de manière visible et lisible, sur le site internet de l’entreprise lorsqu’il en existe un. Ils sont consultables sur le site internet de l’entreprise au moins jusqu’à la publication, l’année suivante, du niveau de résultat et des résultats obtenus au titre de l’année en cours. A défaut de site internet, ils sont portés à la connaissance des salariés par tout moyen.

La publication des informations mentionnées au premier alinéa est actualisée sur le site internet du ministère chargé du travail, chaque année au plus tard le 31 décembre, par les services du ministre chargé du travail.
