Article D1151-1 of the French Labour Code

The information provided for in the second paragraph of article L. 1153-5 specifies the address and telephone number of:

1° The occupational physician or occupational health service competent for the establishment;

2° The competent labour inspectorate and the name of the competent inspector;

3° The Rights Defender;

4° The contact person provided for in article L. 1153-5-1 in any undertaking employing at least two hundred and fifty employees;

5° The contact person provided for in article L. 2314-1 where a social and economic committee exists.

Article D1151-1

L’information prévue au second alinéa de l’article L. 1153-5 précise l’adresse et le numéro d’appel :

1° Du médecin du travail ou du service de santé au travail compétent pour l’établissement ;

2° De l’inspection du travail compétente ainsi que le nom de l’inspecteur compétent ;

3° Du Défenseur des droits ;

4° Du référent prévu à l’article L. 1153-5-1 dans toute entreprise employant au moins deux cent cinquante salariés ;

5° Du référent prévu à l’article L. 2314-1 lorsqu’un comité social et économique existe.
