Article D1221-24-1 of the French Labour Code

Acknowledgements of receipt of the secondment declarations referred to in articles R. 1263-3, R. 1263-4 and R. 1263-6 are appended to the single personnel register and made accessible to the members of the personnel delegation of the social and economic committee and to the officials and agents responsible for ensuring the application of this code and the social security code. They are kept at their disposal either in the establishment, or on each building site or workplace separate from the establishment for those seconded workers employed there.

Les accusés de réception des déclarations de détachement mentionnées aux articles R. 1263-3, R. 1263-4 et R. 1263-6 sont annexés au registre unique du personnel et rendus accessibles aux membres de la délégation du personnel du comité social et économique et aux fonctionnaires et agents chargés de veiller à l’application du présent code et du code de la sécurité sociale. Ils sont tenus à leur disposition soit dans l’établissement, soit sur chaque chantier ou lieu de travail distinct de l’établissement pour ceux des travailleurs détachés qui y sont employés.
