Article D124 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

Any failure by a sentenced person placed under electronic surveillance or outside an establishment by virtue of one of the authorisations provided for in Articles 723 and 723-3, the disciplinary rules applicable to him or her, as well as any breach of the obligation of good conduct or any incident, is reported to the sentence enforcement judge and, where appropriate, a decision by this magistrate, in accordance with the provisions of article D. 424-6 of the Penitentiary Code.

Toute inobservation, par une personne condamnée placée sous surveillance électronique ou se trouvant en dehors d’un établissement en vertu d’une des autorisations prévues aux articles 723 et 723-3, des règles disciplinaires qui lui sont applicables, ainsi que tout manquement à l’obligation de bonne conduite ou tout incident, fait l’objet d’un signalement au juge de l’application des peines et, le cas échéant, d’une décision de ce magistrat, conformément aux dispositions de l’article D. 424-6 du code pénitentiaire.
