Article D133-60 of the French Tourism Code

The rules relating to demographic upgrading for municipalities which have obtained the classification mentioned in article L. 133-17 and which have a tourist population are set by decree no. 91-875 of 6 September 1991 taken for the application of the first paragraph of article 88 of law no. 84-53 of 26 January 1984 on statutory provisions relating to the territorial civil service and decree no. 99-567 of 6 July 1999 taken for the application of article 88 of the same law.

Les règles relatives au surclassement démographique au bénéfice des communes, ayant obtenu le classement mentionné à l’article L. 133-17, accueillant une population touristique, sont fixées par le décret n° 91-875 du 6 septembre 1991 pris pour l’application du premier alinéa de l’article 88 de la loi n° 84-53 du 26 janvier 1984 portant dispositions statutaires relatives à la fonction publique territoriale et le décret n° 99-567 du 6 juillet 1999 pris pour l’application de l’article 88 de la même loi.
