For each of the members provided for in Article D. 1411-37, an alternate member shall be appointed under the same conditions as the full member.
No person may sit on more than one college of the Conference.
No person may be a member of the National Health Conference if he or she is deprived of his or her civic rights.
For the purposes of constituting the membership of the National Health Conference and its renewal during the term of office, the natural or legal persons referred to in Article D. 1411-37, responsible for proposing or appointing full and alternate representatives, shall communicate, by express means, their names, contact details and dates of birth to the General Secretariat of the National Health Conference, within a period of three months. 1411-37, responsible for proposing or appointing full and alternate representatives, shall expressly communicate their names, contact details and dates of birth to the General Secretariat of the National Health Conference, within the time allowed for the first appointment and within a period of two months following the vacancy or preceding the expiry of the terms of office for a renewal during the term of office.
The persons mentioned in article D. 1411-38 shall also be asked to communicate their identity and contact details to the General Secretary of the Conference.
The list of full and alternate members of the National Health Conference is set by order of the Minister for Health.
