Article D1411-45-5 of the French Public Health Code

The agenda for meetings of the Plenary Assembly and the Standing Committee is set by its Chairman.

The Chairman is required to include questions requested by at least one third of its members or by the Minister for Health or the Minister for Health Insurance, the Elderly and the Disabled.

The provisions of article R. 133-6 of the French Code of Relations between the Public and the Administration apply to the plenary meeting, the standing committee and the working groups.

L’ordre du jour des réunions de l’assemblée plénière et de la commission permanente est fixé par son président.

Le président est tenu d’inscrire les questions demandées par au moins un tiers de ses membres ou par le ministre chargé de la santé ou le ministre chargé de l’assurance maladie, des personnes âgées et des personnes handicapées.

Les dispositions de l’article R. 133-6 du code des relations entre le public et l’administration sont applicables à l’assemblée plénière, la commission permanente et les groupes de travail.
