The drawing of lots is recorded in minutes signed by the Chairman of the Board of Directors and by the representative of the Minister for Health who was present.
The minutes are sent to each of the persons mentioned in the last paragraph of article D. 1411-58-6 and to the Minister for Health.
Les opérations de tirage au sort font l’objet d’un procès-verbal signé par le président du conseil d’administration et par le représentant du ministre chargé de la santé ayant été présent.
Le procès-verbal est transmis à chacune des personnes mentionnées au dernier alinéa de l’article D. 1411-58-6 ainsi qu’au ministre chargé de la santé.
