Article D1424-32-7 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The grant application is sent by the chairman of the board of directors of the fire and rescue service or by the mayor of Marseille, to the departmental prefect. It is accompanied by:

1° An explanatory note specifying the purpose of the operation, its estimated duration, its overall projected cost and the amount of the grant requested;

2° The deliberation of the fire and rescue service’s board of directors or the Marseille city council adopting the operation and setting out its financing arrangements;

3° Of the provisional financing plan specifying the origin as well as the amount of the financial resources requested and including, where applicable, the decisions granting the aid already obtained;

4° Of the timetable for carrying out the operation and the expenditure;

5° Of a certificate stating that the operation has not begun and that the applicant undertakes not to start carrying out the operation before the application has been declared or deemed complete.

La demande de subvention est adressée par le président du conseil d’administration du service d’incendie et de secours ou par le maire de Marseille, au préfet du département. Elle est accompagnée :

1° D’une note explicative précisant l’objet de l’opération, sa durée estimée, son coût prévisionnel global ainsi que le montant de la subvention sollicitée ;

2° De la délibération du conseil d’administration du service d’incendie et de secours ou du conseil municipal de Marseille adoptant l’opération et arrêtant ses modalités de financement ;

3° Du plan de financement prévisionnel précisant l’origine ainsi que le montant des moyens financiers sollicités et incluant, le cas échéant, les décisions accordant les aides déjà obtenues ;

4° De l’échéancier de réalisation de l’opération et des dépenses ;

5° D’une attestation de non-commencement de l’opération et d’engagement à ne pas en commencer l’exécution avant que le dossier ne soit déclaré ou réputé complet.
