Article D1432-4 of the French Public Health Code

In order to carry out the tasks assigned to it by 2° of Article L. 1432-1, the Commission :

1° May decide on work to be carried out to contribute to the development of the regional health project, in particular the regional health plan ;

2° Promotes, on the basis of the strategic orientation framework and the regional health plan, the complementarity of actions in the fields of prevention, school health, occupational health and maternal and child protection which are financed by each of its members and determines the terms and conditions of any co-financing;

3° Defines the conditions under which the financial contributors who are members of this commission may join forces with the regional health agency to organise a call for projects aimed at selecting and financing prevention and health promotion initiatives in the region;

4° Enables regional health and social monitoring bodies to work together to improve the quality and availability of the information required for regional health policies.

Pour assurer les missions qui lui sont dévolues par le 2° de l’article L. 1432-1, la commission :

1° Peut décider de travaux à conduire pour contribuer à l’élaboration du projet régional de santé, notamment du schéma régional de santé ;

2° Favorise, sur la base du cadre d’orientation stratégique et du schéma régional de santé, la complémentarité des actions dans les domaines de la prévention, de la santé scolaire, de la santé au travail et de la protection maternelle et infantile qui sont financées par chacun de ses membres et détermine les modalités de leur éventuel cofinancement ;

3° Définit les conditions dans lesquelles les contributeurs financiers membres de cette commission pourront s’associer à l’agence régionale de santé pour organiser une procédure d’appel à projets destinée à sélectionner et à financer les actions de prévention et de promotion de la santé dans la région ;

4° Permet le rapprochement entre les acteurs régionaux de l’observation sanitaire et sociale pour améliorer la qualité et la disponibilité des informations nécessaires aux politiques régionales de santé.
