Article D1442-28 of the French Labour Code

Former labour tribunal members who have been granted honorary status may not mention it in advertising or commercial correspondence, or in procedural or extra-judicial documents.
In all other circumstances, they may not mention this distinction without specifying the industrial tribunal in respect of which it was conferred.

Les anciens conseillers prud’hommes admis à l’honorariat ne peuvent en faire mention ni dans la publicité ou la correspondance commerciale, ni dans les actes de procédure ou les actes extra-judiciaires.
En toute autre circonstance ils ne peuvent faire état de cette distinction sans préciser le conseil de prud’hommes au titre duquel elle leur a été conférée.
