For the application of articles D. 1432-2, D. 1432-7 and D. 1432-11 to Guadeloupe, Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Martin, the reference to article D. 1432-1 is replaced by the reference to article D. 1442-3 and the reference to article D. 1432-6 is replaced by the reference to article D. 1442-4.
