The following persons participate in the work of the Health and Autonomy Conference and its various committees in an advisory capacity:

1° The Prefect of Guadeloupe, the State representative for Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Martin and the delegate prefect responsible for matters relating to the collectivity of Saint-Martin and Saint-Barthélemy;

2° The President of the Regional Economic, Social and Environmental Council;

3° The heads of State departments in the region;

4° The Director General of the Health Agency for Guadeloupe, Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Martin.

Participent, avec voix consultative, aux travaux de la conférence de la santé et de l’autonomie et au sein de ses différentes formations :

1° Le préfet de la Guadeloupe, le représentant de l’Etat à Saint-Barthélemy et à Saint-Martin ainsi que le préfet délégué chargé des questions relatives à la collectivité de Saint-Martin et Saint-Barthélemy ;

2° Le président du conseil économique, social et environnemental régional ;

3° Les chefs de service de l’Etat en région ;

4° Le directeur général de l’agence de santé de la Guadeloupe, de Saint-Barthélemy et de Saint-Martin.
