In application of the seventh paragraph of article 720-1-1, the sentence enforcement judge may terminate the suspension of sentence if the obligations set out in the decision are not complied with, after the adversarial debate provided for in l’article 712-6.
To this end, he may issue the warrants provided for by Article 712-17.
