Article D1511-63 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The reimbursement of the allowance and the tuition fees received by the student is due:

1° In full in the event of non-exercise or, where applicable, non-installation of the professional domicile of practice in the area and on the date provided for contractually. The repayment terms and conditions are specified in the contract provided for in article D. 1511-62;

> In part if the duration of the contract is not exceeded.
2° In part if the period of practice or installation is less than five years or the contractually agreed period, or if the period of practice is less than the contractually agreed period. The repayment terms and conditions are specified in the contract provided for in article D. 1511-62.

Le remboursement de l’indemnité et de la prise en charge des frais de scolarité perçus par l’étudiant est dû :

1° En totalité en cas de non-exercice ou le cas échéant de non-installation du domicile professionnel d’exercice dans la zone et à la date prévues contractuellement. Les modalités de remboursement et ses conditions d’exigibilité sont précisées par le contrat prévu à l’article D. 1511-62 ;

2° En partie si la durée d’exercice ou d’installation est inférieure à cinq ans ou à la durée prévue contractuellement ou si l’exercice est partiel par rapport aux dispositions prévues contractuellement. Les modalités de remboursement et ses conditions d’exigibilité sont précisées par le contrat prévu à l’article D. 1511-62.
