Article D1621-1 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The total amount of the maximum allowances that may be allocated by local authorities and public establishments for inter-municipal cooperation to their elected representatives, mentioned in the second paragraph of Article L. 1621-2 of this code, corresponds to the gross annual amount of the maximum allowances that may be received by local elected representatives who are potential beneficiaries of the end-of-mandate allowance, including the various increases provided for in article L. 2123-22 of the same code.

Article D1621-1

Le montant total des indemnités maximales susceptibles d’être allouées par les collectivités territoriales et les établissements publics de coopération intercommunale à leurs élus, mentionné au deuxième alinéa de l’article L. 1621-2 du présent code, correspond au montant brut annuel des indemnités maximales pouvant être perçues par les élus locaux potentiellement bénéficiaires de l’allocation de fin de mandat, y compris les différentes majorations prévues à l’article L. 2123-22 du même code.
