Article D1621-3 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

Each year, at the request of the Caisse des dépôts et consignations, the local authorities and public establishments for inter-municipal cooperation liable for the compulsory contribution to the financing fund for the end-of-mandate allowance shall send a statement showing the basis of assessment and the amount of the contribution payable by them.

Les collectivités territoriales et établissements publics de coopération intercommunale assujettis à la cotisation obligatoire au fonds de financement de l’allocation de fin de mandat transmettent chaque année, à la demande de la Caisse des dépôts et consignations, un état retraçant l’assiette ainsi que le montant de la cotisation à leur charge.
