I. – The communes of French Polynesia are represented in the bodies established by Titles I, II and IV of Book II of Part One.
II.-The provisions of the single chapter of Title II of Book II of Part One mentioned in the left-hand column of the table below are applicable in French Polynesia, in the wording indicated in the right-hand column of the same table, subject to the adaptations provided for in III.

III.-For the application of article R. 1221-12, the words: “in articles L. 2123-12, L. 3123-10 or L. 4135-10” are replaced by the words: “in article L. 2123-12”.
IV.- For the application of article R. 1221-15, after the word “récépissé” are inserted the words: “, when the organisation has its registered office in French Polynesia”.
V.-Article R. 1221-21-4 is replaced by the following provisions:
“Art. R. 1221-21-4.-The body holding approval is required to declare and carry out its training activity related to the exercise of local mandates in accordance with the provisions applicable locally to professional training bodies.”
VI.- For the application of Article R. 1221-22, after the words: “a civil servant governed by the statute applicable to the civil service in Mayotte”, the following words are inserted: “, a civil servant from the State bodies for the administration of French Polynesia, a civil servant governed by Order No. 2005-10 of 4 January 2005 on the general statute for civil servants in the communes and commune groupings of French Polynesia and their public administrative establishments”
