Article D212-86 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

At the end of each cinematographic week, operators of cinematographic entertainment establishments draw up a statement of pre-sales including, for each cinematographic screening that has been the subject of a pre-sale during the said week, in addition to the title of the work or the main cinematographic or audiovisual document making up the cinematographic programme, the date and time of the screening concerned, for each price category, the following information:
1° The number of the first admission ticket issued;
2° The number of the first admission ticket to be issued the following week;
3° The number of admission tickets issued;
4° The number of admission tickets cancelled;
5° The seat price paid by the spectator or, in the case of a cinema access package giving entitlement to multiple admissions, the reference price determined under the conditions provided for in Article L. 212-28;
6° The corresponding takings and, in the case of cinema access packages giving entitlement to multiple admissions, the sum declared for these admissions booked at the reference price determined under the conditions set out in article L. 212-28.

A la fin de chaque semaine cinématographique, les exploitants d’établissements de spectacles cinématographiques établissent un relevé des préventes comportant, pour chaque séance de spectacle cinématographique ayant fait l’objet d’une prévente au cours de ladite semaine, outre le titre de l’œuvre ou du document cinématographique ou audiovisuel principal composant le programme cinématographique, la date et l’horaire de la séance concernée, pour chaque catégorie de tarif, les informations suivantes :
1° Le numéro du premier droit d’entrée délivré ;
2° Le numéro du premier droit d’entrée à délivrer la semaine suivante ;
3° Le nombre de droits d’entrée délivrés ;
4° Le nombre de droits d’entrée annulés ;
5° Le prix de place payé par le spectateur ou, en cas de formule d’accès au cinéma donnant droit à des entrées multiples, le prix de référence déterminé dans les conditions prévues à l’article L. 212-28 ;
6° La recette correspondante et, dans le cas de formules d’accès au cinéma donnant droit à des entrées multiples, la somme déclarée au titre de ces entrées comptabilisées au prix de référence déterminé dans les conditions prévues à l’article L. 212-28.
