At the end of each cinematographic week, operators of cinematographic entertainment establishments draw up a statement of pre-sales including, for each cinematographic screening that has been the subject of a pre-sale during the said week, in addition to the title of the work or the main cinematographic or audiovisual document making up the cinematographic programme, the date and time of the screening concerned, for each price category, the following information:
1° The number of the first admission ticket issued;
2° The number of the first admission ticket to be issued the following week;
3° The number of admission tickets issued;
4° The number of admission tickets cancelled;
5° The seat price paid by the spectator or, in the case of a cinema access package giving entitlement to multiple admissions, the reference price determined under the conditions provided for in Article L. 212-28;
6° The corresponding takings and, in the case of cinema access packages giving entitlement to multiple admissions, the sum declared for these admissions booked at the reference price determined under the conditions set out in article L. 212-28.
