Article D2232-1-2 of the French Labour Code

For the application of the seventh paragraph of II of article L. 2232-9, the most diligent party transmits to the standing joint negotiation and interpretation committee company agreements and conventions containing stipulations concluded within the framework of Title II, Chapters I and III of Title III and Titles IV and V of Book I of Part Three of the present code. It informs the other signatories of these conventions and agreements of this transmission.

These conventions and agreements are sent to the address of the joint committee mentioned in the third paragraph of article D. 2232-1-1 after deletion by the most diligent party of the surnames and first names of the negotiators and signatories.

The Joint Committee acknowledges receipt of the conventions and agreements transmitted.

Pour l’application du septième alinéa du II de l’article L. 2232-9, la partie la plus diligente transmet à la commission paritaire permanente de négociation et d’interprétation les conventions et accords d’entreprise comportant des stipulations conclues dans le cadre du titre II, des chapitres Ier et III du titre III et des titres IV et V du livre Ier de la troisième partie du présent code. Elle informe les autres signataires de ces conventions et accords de cette transmission.

Ces conventions et accords sont transmis à l’adresse de la commission paritaire mentionnée au troisième alinéa de l’article D. 2232-1-1 après suppression par la partie la plus diligente des noms et prénoms des négociateurs et des signataires.

La commission paritaire accuse réception des conventions et accords transmis.
