Article D2261-13 of the French Labour Code

In accordance with Articles L. 2261-24 to L. 2261-31, the Minister responsible for Labour may, at the request of one of the representative organisations concerned or on his own initiative:
1° Repeal the extension order with a view to terminating the extension of the agreement or agreement or certain of their provisions when it appears that the texts in question no longer meet the situation of the branch or branches in the field of application in question;
2° Repeal the extension order for an agreement or agreement, for all or part of the professional or territorial field mentioned by this order.

Dans les formes prévues par les articles L. 2261-24 à L. 2261-31, le ministre chargé du travail peut, à la demande d’une des organisations représentatives intéressées ou de sa propre initiative :
1° Abroger l’arrêté d’extension en vue de mettre fin à l’extension de la convention ou d’un accord ou de certaines de leurs dispositions lorsqu’il apparaît que les textes en cause ne répondent plus à la situation de la branche ou des branches dans le champ d’application considéré ;
2° Abroger l’arrêté d’élargissement d’une convention ou d’un accord, pour tout ou partie du champ professionnel ou territorial mentionné par cet arrêté.
