Article D2261-15 of the French Labour Code

The proposal referred to in the tenth paragraph of I and the third paragraph of II of article L. 2261-32 is sent to the Minister responsible for labour within fifteen days of the date of the first consultation of the sub-committee for the restructuring of professional branches referred to in article R. 2272-10.

At the end of this period, the Minister for Labour forwards all the proposals received to the representatives of the organisations sitting on the sub-committee.

The sub-committee is consulted again within a period of not less than one month from the date of the first consultation.

La proposition mentionnée au dixième alinéa du I et au troisième alinéa du II de l’article L. 2261-32 est transmise au ministre chargé du travail dans un délai de quinze jours à compter de la date de la première consultation de la sous-commission de la restructuration des branches professionnelles mentionnée à l’article R. 2272-10.

A l’issue de ce délai, le ministre chargé du travail transmet l’ensemble des propositions reçues aux représentants des organisations siégeant à la sous-commission.

La sous-commission est à nouveau consultée dans un délai qui ne peut être inférieur à un mois à compter de la date de la première consultation.
