Article D2332-2 of the French Labour Code

Employee representation on the group works council, as provided for in Article L. 2333-1, comprises no more than thirty members.

Where fewer than fifteen undertakings in the group have a social and economic committee exercising the powers provided for in the second paragraph of article L. 2312-1, the number of members of the group works council may not be more than twice the number of such undertakings.

La représentation du personnel au comité de groupe, prévue à l’article L. 2333-1, comprend trente membres au plus.

Lorsque moins de quinze entreprises du groupe sont dotées d’un comité social et économique exerçant les attributions prévues au deuxième alinéa de l’article L. 2312-1, le nombre de membres du comité de groupe ne peut être supérieur au double du nombre de ces entreprises.
