Article D2333-86 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

Investment and operating expenses for any action falling within the remit of the mobility organising authorities within the meaning of articles L. 1231-1 and L. 1231-1-1 of the Transport Code, including when they relate to the infrastructure associated with this action, are eligible for the proceeds of the payment intended for the financing of mobility services, provided that at least one of the services mentioned in 1° of I of article L. 1231-1-1 of the Transport Code is organised.

Ouvrent droit au bénéfice du produit du versement destiné au financement des services de mobilité, dès lors qu’est organisé au moins un des services mentionnés au 1° du I de l’article L. 1231-1-1 du code des transports, les dépenses d’investissement et de fonctionnement de toute action relevant des compétences des autorités organisatrices de la mobilité au sens des articles L. 1231-1 et L. 1231-1-1 du code des transports, y compris lorsqu’elles portent sur l’infrastructure associée à cette action.
