Article D2362-14 of the French Labour Code

The directors of the legal entities or the natural persons participating in the creation of the European Cooperative Society shall convene the members of the special negotiating body to an initial meeting. The convening notice sets the date of the meeting. It shall be sent by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.

The six-month period referred to in the second paragraph of article L. 2362-4 runs from the date of this first meeting.

Les dirigeants des personnes morales ou les personnes physiques participant à la création de la société coopérative européenne convoquent les membres du groupe spécial de négociation à une première réunion. La convocation fixe la date de la réunion. Elle est faite par lettre recommandée avec avis de réception.

Le délai de six mois mentionné au deuxième alinéa de l’article L. 2362-4 court à compter de la date de cette première réunion.
